What To Do In The Event Of A Claim

In the event of a claim you are instructed to take steps to safeguard all persons and property, address any emergency situations and either contact us directly, report your claim via our online claims reporting feature or call the claim hot-line number provided by your insurer — if you have been previously instructed to call them directly.

Good information to have handy would include: your policy number from your insurance policy, an accident report (if one is readily available) or equivalent info that helps document the type of claim, its reported cause, who is involved, with names and employment info as well as the time, date and place of the accident or claim.  Be sure to keep good records of all expenses, repair estimates and/or medical bills associated with any potential claim as well as contact information for any injured parties or third party claimants.
