Certificate Requests

Current Encore Risk Management including MediaPlus clients may request a certificate of insurance in any one of four ways. You may:

• Telephone us directly;
• Fax us your request;
• Use our Online Request Form; or
• Utilize CertificatesNow™. This capability is reserved only for registered clients and requires an assigned USER ID & PASSWORD to access. From there you will be able to place, print, send and track your certificate requests 24/7 with instant delivery via fax or email.

Be sure to provide us with the business name of the certificate holder, the reason for the request, their mailing address, fax number, phone number and a contact person with your request.
